By choosing to source from local suppliers, we do more than just stock produce and cook it; we want to become a powerful champion for our own community and a steward of the environment. This commitment closes the gap between the field and the fork, slashing food miles and reducing our carbon footprint, which honours the very landscape our patrons call home.

It’s a decision that weaves a stronger local economy, ensuring that money circulates between neighbours and supports the livelihoods of local farmers, brewers, and artisans. For customers, this philosophy translates into unparalleled freshness and a genuine taste of the region – a story on every plate and a sense of place in every pint. Ultimately, buying local supports our vision; to promote ourselves as the beating heart of a sustainable, resilient, and proud community.
